On race morning, Sunday, March 28th - typically we allow up to 10 sign ups from 6:00am to 7:30am only.

Run - 5K - within park. Moderatly hilly.
- Combination of road surface and some gravel.
- Start at Fiddlers' Field in Hibernia County Park, 1 Park Road, Coatesville, PA
- Stay to right at all times. Entire course is within Hibernia County Park. Head south through park on Park Road by Fiddler's Field, turn right into campground area. Go to end of campground and around the last loop. Back towards Park Road and turn right past the park office (on the right) and left onto Park Road towards the "main entrance". At main entrance, turn back and head back all the way towards transition area at Fiddler's Field.
- Run into Transition Area which is on grass.
Bike - 13.2 Miles. Moderately hilly with some steep sections and some technical turns.
- Open roads - not closed to traffic. Do not cross the mid line of road at anytime please.
- Exit Transition area and head north on Park Road to Cedar Knoll Road.
- Right onto Cedar Knoll Road.
- Right onto Hibernia Road.
- Right onto Wagontown Road (deep descent prior to this intersection). Please SLOW down.
- Left onto Martins Corner Road.
- Right onto Coffroath Road.
- Right onto Cambridge Road.
- Right onto Telegraph Road (deep descent and sharp turn prior to this intersection). Please SLOW down.
- Right onto Birdell Road.
- Left onto Cedar Knoll Road (deep descent and sharp turn prior to this intersection). Please SLOW down.
- Right onto Park Road towards Fiddlers' Field.
- Head back to Transition Area.
Run - 5K.
- Repeat same run course above. Note: Remember stay to the right at all times.
- Finish near transition area.

- 1:00pm-3:00pm - Early packet pickup at Fiddlers' Field in Hibernia County Park (1 Park Road, Coatesville, PA 19320)
- 2:00pm - First Timers Meeting. "Open to all registered participants." This is an opportunity to review logistics of the race with a Piranha Sports staff member. It will involve reviewing packets, chip timing, transition area, rules, and tips.
- BRING YOUR BIKE AND HELMET for optional inspection at early packet pickup.

- 6:00am - 7:45am - Transition area opened. Located at Fiddler's Field in Hibernia County Park (1 Park Road, Coatesville, PA 19320). Late packet pickup. Body marking. LAST MINUTE BIKE AND HELMET optional inspections.
- 7:45am - Mandatory pre-race meeting.
- 7:50am - National Anthem.
- Wave assignments based on 2009. Subject to change depending on number of participants, etc.
- 8:00am - Run - 1st Wave. Men 39 & Under; Clydesdales.
- 8:05am - Run - 2nd Wave. Men 40 & Older.
- 8:10am - Run - 3rd Wave. All Women; Athenas.
- 9:45am - Official/Penalty Report Posted. This is your opportunity to review your own results. Once awards ceremony begins, all results are final.
- 10:00am - Post race party/awards. Awards will not be mailed.
- 10:00am - Transition area closed.
Race director/management may alter any part or distance of the event as dictated by event day conditions, such as weather. |

| absolutely NO refunds will be made for any reason. REFERRED TO AS “ENTRY FEES” ABOVE AND INCLUDES ENTRY FEES, PARTICIPANT SHIRTS, UPGRADED PRODUCTS, ANY OTHER AMENITIES, INSURANCE, AND ONLINE ADMINISTRATIVE FEES. MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE ANY ITEMS as leftovers are distributed on day of race. WE DO NOT SHIP. ENTRY FEES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PERSONS OR APPLIED TOWARD future PIRANHA SPORTS EVENTS. Selling your race entry slot is strictly prohibited by piranha sports. If you do sell your race slot, you will be disqualified from the race and you, as well as the entrant who purchased your slot, will be unable to race in another Piranha Sports event for a minimum of 2 years. Piranha Sports reserves the right to reject any entry if a valid photo ID is not presented at race packet pick-up. There is NO rain date for the event. In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster, acts of God, acts of war or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be absolutely no refunds or transfer of entries to future Piranha Sports events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid including other amenities paid for such as participate shirts, upgrade products, insurance, and online administrative fees. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. By signing up for this race, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms listed on this page. |

| Spectator Information |
Line the streets of Park Road in Hibernia County Park to cheer on your favorite athlete!!! After the race, take a hike on the beautiful trails of Hibernia County Park to the scenic overlook of Chambers Lake.
Parking
Spectator (as well as athlete) parking is available in Fiddlers' Field on Park Road of Hibernia County Park. Please do not park on park roads.
Athlete Support
Bring your cow bells, noise makers, posters, banners, and other items to cheer on your favorite athlete. Please keep in mind that spectators are not allowed to provide any outside assistance to the athletes. Outside assistance can result in penalties and possible disqualification. Outside assistance can include but is not limited to: transition area assistance, running or riding along with the athlete (pacing), handing off water bottles, etc. The Piranha Sports staff and volunteers will provide assistance as needed and allowed. As well, there will be no time during the event when spectators will be allowed in the secure transition area. If your athlete forgot an item for the transition area, please ask a Piranha Sports Staff member or volunteer to assist you in getting that item to the athlete.
Spectator Control
The Piranha Sports Staff and volunteers have your athlete’s safety and security as their primary responsibility. Therefore, there may be times during the course of the event that we will need to provide directions to spectators if we feel that the athletes do not have a clear and unobstructed path. Please pay close attention to these directions/instructions so that we are able to maintain the safety of course and athletes.
Kids and Dogs
The Piranha Sports Staff loves having kids and dogs at the events. The kids are our future and the dogs are just great. If you do bring your children and/or pets, please keep a close eye on them. Do not allow them to venture onto any of the roadways particularly near the mount/dismount area. As well, if your children bring bikes, please ensure that they are wearing helmets at all times.
