As we prepare for this exciting race, we've turned online registration off. However, you may register in person at the race site on Friday between 10am and 5pm or on Saturday between 9am and 4:30pm. Race starts at approximately 5:25pm this Saturday.
Register in person at the NASCAR Foundation tent/trailer in the Fan Zone near Miles the Monster. Cash only please ($11 per person). We hope to see you there!

Dover International Speedway will host the NASCAR Unites Track Walk and the Sunoco Free Fuel 5K Run, benefiting Autism Speaks and The NASCAR Foundation, on Saturday, June 2, 2012, immediately following the NASCAR Nationwide Series “5-Hour ENERGY 200”. Participants will have the unique opportunity to walk a mile or run a 5K race around the concrete oval at Dover International Speedway, all while raising money for The NASCAR Foundation and Autism Speaks. Denny Hamlin, driver of the No. 11 FedEx Toyota, will be on hand to meet with fans. Other NASCAR celebrities will be announced as they are confirmed.

**Walk and 5K must begin no later than 6:45 PM due to track walk lighting. Any delays that cause the event to start than 6:45 PM will result in cancellation of the event.**

The $11 provides one (1) entry into the NASCAR Unites Track Walk or Sunoco Free Fuel 5K. This does not include entry into the "5-hour ENERGY 200" NASCAR Nationwide Series Race that afternoon. Runners and Walkers do not need a NASCAR Nationwide Series Race ticket to participate in the Walk or 5K.
Parking is free and is available be in lot 1 (subject to capacity).

If coming from Route 1 S, take exit 104 and turn left onto Route 13 South.
Proceed down Route 13 past Dover International Speedway
Keep left to make a U-turn, about 200 feet passed Fairfield Inn (on your left and Red Roof Inn on your right), onto Route-13 North
(If this U-turn is missed, make a U-turn at the next light)
Take the 1st right onto Jefferic Blvd
Follow Jefferic Blvd until you see signs for Lot 1
From The South
If coming from Route 1 N, take exit 104 and then follow directions for From The North
Proceed along Route 13 N
Turn left onto Jefferic Blvd - just past K-Mart and immediately before Fairfield Inn (on your right)

All participants are required to pick-up their event registration information prior to the Sunoco Free Fuel 5k Run. Runners can pick-up registration information at the NASCAR Unites hauler (in the Fan Zone just outside of Turn 4) at the following times: Friday, June 1 from 10am-5pm OR Saturday, June 2 from 9am-4pm. Runners arriving after 4pm on Saturday can pick-up their registration information at the SPEED stage. Race kick-off will begin promptly at 5:00pm on Saturday, June 2 from the SPEED stage. An awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of the run. No pets allowed. |
