This 12-week training program has been designed to prepare you for the Independence Triathlon event, and has been prepared by Bricks MultiSport Coaching - www.bricksmultisport.com.

It will help provide you with the "Training, Tools & Tips
" necessary to get you where you want to be for your target event whether it be your first or fiftieth.

Cost for the program is $99 ($150 value) and comes with the following:

  • 45 minute coach's consultation with USAT Level II & Bricks MultiSport Head Coach, Jess Manning, to get you started
  • Emailed or online daily training sessions laid out for your convenience, with details like discipline, intensity, and duration
