·         Swim stroke analysis in a specially equipped Endless Pools' FASTLANE swimming machine using four digital video cameras positioned above and below the water surface;

·         Field testing to determine participants' heart rate training zones for both biking and running;

·         Running gait analysis using digital recording equipment;
