Test your accumulated season's training by trying either the "Half Lite 50" or Sprint distance Triathlon. The Half Lite 50, which is the perfect distance between an International and Half Distance, consists of a .85 mile Swim, 40 mile Bike, and 9.3 mile Run. The Sprint distance has a .45 mile Swim, 21 mile Bike, and a 4.9 mile Run.
