Welcome to the 15th Annual GNC Pittsburgh Triathlon and Adventure Race as presented by Allegheny Sports Medicine.

This email is sent as a reminder to those already registered to remember some of the following and to take advantage of some special offers. Feel free to pass this onto your friends to join you for the race as the race is almost sold out and there is only 24 hours left to register.

• The Athlete Guide will be posted sometime tomorrow (Tuesday) and we will send another email to all those registered at that time.
• Event is almost sold. Tell your friends as there are less than 100 slots left. Currently we have 1,400 racers!! To register, go to http://www.piranha-sports.com/Race192.aspx.
• Special Swim Warm-Up and Safety Clinic as hosted by our series coaching service, Bricks Multisport & Endurance Coaching, is available to participants (first 100 to sign up per day) for Friday, July 27th at 6:30pm OR Saturday, July 28th at 1:00pm. • ADVENTURE RACERS - as indicated on the website, you must arrange for your own kayak. The event does not provide kayaks and we do not arrange for rentals. Be sure to arrange ahead of time or purchase. Some possible rental locations are listed here for your convenience.
