This email is sent to all 5K Participants from 2011 a the annual Pine Beach 5K Run. Join us today for this event scheduled for Sunday, June 24th. For more information and to register, click on the Pine Beach 5K logo on the left.

Some other details about the Pine Beach 5K:

Team Competition for 5K Run. (Up to 8 people)

1. When registering online, one of you will be the "Team Captain", the others will be the "Team Members"
2. The "Team Captain" will register first, creating a "Team Name", "Team Password" and paying the registration fee.
3. The "Team Captain" then shares the "Team Name" and "Team Password" with the rest of the team, and the "Team Members" will then register for the race. When team members create their own profile (first time users of the online system), they ignore the club drop down list in the profile set up as this is not the Team Competition Drop down list that the captain has set up for the Team Competition.
4. The "Team Members" will choose the "Team Name" from a dropdown list in the registration component, and must enter the "Team Password" to register.
5. The top 3 times in the Team will be used in the competition

• The "Team Captain" must sign up first to create the "Team". Team Captain will pay in full a total of $210.00 (this is already discounted as to provide "one free entry"). No refunds issued if your team has less than 7 or 8 members. If for some reason your Team Captain had been issued a promo/discount code, only the Team Captain is allowed to enter this and get credit, otherwise if future team members attempt to use it, it will show up as invalid when registering and cannot continue. Simply leave the promo code box blank to proceed.
• The "Team Captain" will receive a confirmation email with the "Team Name" and "Team Password" that can be forwarded to the rest of the team. The remaining team members will not be charged since your captain has paid in full.
• Important Notice: It is strongly suggested the Team Captain pay via credit card instead of mail-in method. This way, your team is guaranteed to participate. Otherwise, until there is a receipt of payment, team packets will be withheld until payment in full is received.

 

NO REGISTRATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS FOR TEAM COMPETITION WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER ONLINE CLOSES (June 22nd). No exceptions.

 

If you already registered for the above when you received this email and wish to change to another event (i.e. - 5K Run to 5K Walk), you must email the timer at nsemmel@piranha-sports.com immediately of this status change so we may have your bib ready for the correct event for timing purposes accordingly. This also applies to any team competitions if you missed this opportunity. No changes will be made after June 22nd.
