Dear Athlete,
Thank you for having registered for the 2012 Escape from Fort Delaware® Triathlon. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are very disappointed to inform you that the event is canceled for this year. We exhausted all options in trying to continue the event but were unable to do so.
We do appreciate your understanding and as a loyal participant, Piranha Sports has credited the full amount you paid for the event back to your credit card.
Again, we thank you in advance for your understanding and hope that you'll be joining us for other events as listed on our website, www.piranha-sports.com.
Did you know we've added the following races/distances to our series?
- Du-Dover scheduled for April 21st.
- Diamond in the Rough - sprint distance added and limited to 200 participants for 2012. Scheduled for July 7th.
- Dragonfly Heart Triathlon scheduled for July 21st. Kids race the next day (see Dragonfly Heart Youth Triathlon under Escape from School Youth Series!!
- GNC Pittsburgh Triathlon & Adventure Race is now part of our series with 3 day celebrations - July 27th through July 29th.
- North East Triathlon for August 12th.
