The Lums Pond Youth Triathlon this Saturday is the final event for the Escape from School Youth Series, the only and original series of it kind designed for kids aged (USAT age up rule) 7 to 14. Immediately following the youth triathlon (Saturday) at 9:30am until 12noon, packet pickup begins for the area's most famous sprint race, the Lums Pond Triathlon and Duathlon. During packet pickup, be sure to stop by the PX Triathlon tent for great deals on race day triathlon apparel.

Lums Pond Youth Triathlon as well as the Lums Pond Triathlon and Duathlon for the August 13th and 14th weekend, continue to provide a fun filled family weekend for all levels of athletes ranging in age from 7 to 99.
Delaware Diamondman Triahtlon on Sept. 11th features a half iron and sprint distance triathlon on a super flat and fast course. Typically, over 98% of the participants finish this race!!

Cape Henlopen Triahtlon and Duathlon on October 9th is one of the favorite ocean swim triathlons around in the beautiful setting of Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, DE. This race is the wrap up for the Greater Atlantic Multisport Series and Greater Atlantic Club Challenge.
