Welcome to the Annual Cascade Lake Triathlon and Duathlon. 

Finally a break in the weather for some nice weather.  Anticipated temperature is 70 degrees this Saturday.  The water temperature will be taken on race morning and expected to be between 65 and 70 degrees.  If the water temperature is 78 degrees or less, wetsuits are allowed and optional.

As a reminder, there is no parking outside designated areas as this is a private park in which we've been given special priviledge to use.  We also ask everyone to clean up after themselves including within the parking lot.
